Debra Witkin joined Robin Judson Partners at inception following six years at Smith Hanley Associates. She became a partner in 2015.

Debra is well known in the industry for actively recruiting professionals for hedge fund, private equity, real estate, and investment banking clients across a variety of strategies and sectors. Her expertise includes placements in credit/distressed, private equity, special situations, long/short equity, and real estate.

Prior to recruiting, Debra held senior roles in investment banking and principal investing. As a partner at the Seabury Group LLC and managing director at Fieldstone Private Capital Group, Debra led capital markets activities including the placement of debt, tax-based equity, and private equity for both public and private companies. Prior to that, Debra was a principal investor at Chrysler Capital Corporation where she focused on structured credit investments. Debra earned her MBA from New York University, Stern School of Business and a BS from New York University.
