The fund wants to add a highly accomplished Managing Director with a network of relationships for originating transactions and pursuing investments. Our client provides non-sponsor, highly structured, asset-based financing solutions to borrowers needing liquidity or growth capital. The Managing Director will originate and manage the investment process in collaboration with the CIO.
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate their ability to develop investment opportunities from their established network and lead the execution from inception to monetization. The Managing Director will mentor junior staff and participate in all aspects of the fund’s investing. Candidates should have a strong fundamental analytical background, deep intellectual curiosity, creative problem-solving skills and the ability to drive a process and communicate effectively. Candidates must have buyside investment experience in credit capital solutions strategies. We cannot consider candidates with LBO financing experience.
