We take the time to learn about your business, management team, history and corporate culture.
We start by meeting with your hiring professionals to gain a complete understanding of the specific job requirements and personality makeup of the team to which the candidate will be assigned. By probing, we learn how the candidate will fit into the current structure, the expertise required for success and the types of personalities that seem to fit well with the group.
Next, we research and screen potential candidates and really get to know them through in-depth interviews.
We will submit only resumes of highly qualified candidates along with an accompanying write-up to provide you with more detail and our assessment.
We stay in constant touch, scheduling and confirming interviews, providing candidate feedback, advising on a candidate’s level of interest, checking references and weighing the relative merits of one candidate against another.
Should you extend an offer, we act as the go-between to complete all negotiations and post acceptance work.
