CANDIDATE’S PROCESS After reviewing your credentials, we will invite you in for an –in-depth interview to learn not only your skills and qualifications, but also your motivation for moving, your career goals and the types of environments in which you believe you thrive.

We get to know you: what makes you tick; your personality traits; your strengths and weaknesses; your personal goals.

Next we will present you with job opportunities, provide insights into the culture of each organization, answer your questions and address your concerns. With your approval, we will submit your resume. Once we arrange for and schedule your interviews, we will make sure you are well prepared for the meeting.

We will provide direct and honest feedback, keep in regular communication, advise you on the merits of the offer, negotiate the most favorable terms for you and ensure a smooth transition.
