Jennifer Andrews has had a long and successful history both in recruiting and in working with Robin Judson. Jennifer worked in Operations on Robin’s team at Smith Hanley and played an integral role in establishing Robin Judson Partners as its founding Chief Operating Officer. She has deep experience in research, client management, and all aspects of candidate placement.

Following ten years raising her family in Hong Kong, Jennifer is back in New York and thrilled to resume her role as Chief Operating Officer at RJP. 

Jennifer oversees the firm’s daily office management, internal accounting, human resources functions, and serves as the main point of contact for both clients and candidates. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Iowa. In addition to her work in recruiting, Jennifer is an opera and oratorio singer and serves as an elected member of the Representative Town Meeting in Greenwich, Connecticut.
