While they will consider acquiring a team, they prefer to hire a senior individual with an entrepreneurial mindset who would like to start their own business with a highly successful partner, providing patient capital and a track record of successfully partnering with investment leaders. Candidates likely come from another larger organization, have a track record of sourcing investments and managing a junior talent. The fund is open to a variety of fund structures and strategies.
