121. Remote Investment Banking Analyst, Boutique Investment Bank

This boutique investment bank has a noteworthy track record in sell side and buy side mergers & acquisitions, restructurings, and strategic advisory across agriculture, food manufacturing and distribution, and retail companies. The entire company works remotely but they are in constant daily contact. They would like to hire an experienced Investment Banking Analyst to replace a recently promoted staffer. The Analyst will participate in client calls, provide market research, run models, and conduct due diligence. The Analyst will also develop expertise in the sector. This is a career track role, and the team has a track record of promoting from within. The strongest candidates have 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, lending, or accounting/consulting, and have strong modeling and communication skills. Analysts must be able to put together an LBO model independently. The Analyst may be located anywhere in the US and will be provided with dedicated office equipment and software. Salary: $100-115,000 + 30-50% for year one. This is not an entry level role, and we will not consider any recent graduates. Company does not offer visa sponsorship.
