They invest in private credit solutions, primary and secondary opportunistic public credit and equity special situations, off the run, stressed and distressed ideas. The fund focuses on N. American and European investments. The investor should be a highly motivated and energetic individual with the hustle to drive processes and creative solutions. The strongest candidates will have 7-9 years of experience that includes special situations and private credit/capital solutions investing. Candidates should have strong fundamental financial analysis background, deep intellectual curiosity, creative problem-solving skills, an affable demeanor, and the ability to communicate effectively. The fund has an entrepreneurial culture providing candidates flexibility to apply creative solutions to investment ideas. Candidates should have a track record of success in well-regarded funds, a strong academic background from a major college or university, and the ability to work with a variety of people.
