77. Senior Desk Analyst – Special Situations and Distressed Investments

Our client, a successful and active special situations/distressed investment desk, is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their team. The Senior Analyst will generate public markets credit investments using fundamental analysis across a variety of sectors. The ideal candidate must have 8-12 years of experience analyzing, researching and generating actionable special situations/distressed ideas. The strongest candidates will have experience from a hedge fund or prop desk investing in both long/short credit and distressed strategies. Knowledge of the restructuring process is required. To be successful, the Senior Analyst should be detail-oriented, possess mature judgment and a skeptical nature. Candidates should possess excellent analytical abilities with a proven track record of success. The ability to communicate effectively as well as having strong time management and interpersonal skills is required.
