70. Vice President/Director, Middle Market Capital Solutions Credit Fund (LA Area)

Our client, an established and growing credit fund located near Los Angeles, would like to add a Vice President and Director to their team. The fund provides non-sponsor, highly structured, asset based financing solutions to borrowers in need of liquidity or growth. The strongest candidates have the ability to drive investment processes for non-sponsor, complex credit investments in lower and middle market companies.  Ideal candidates should have 7-10 years of experience combining an investment banking program with direct experience in a non-sponsor focused private debt, structured equity or special situations fund.  Our client will not consider candidates who finance LBOs. Candidates need exceptional financial modeling, accounting and valuation skills, along with strong communication, organizational and problem-solving ability. The VP/Director will quarterback underwriting, structuring, and due diligence. Sourcing experience is a plus. Candidates must be self-starters and team players who enjoy working in a collegial, inclusive, and entrepreneurial culture. Salary: $225K-$300K+ bonus.
