69. Analyst/Associate, Middle Market Capital Solutions Credit Fund (LA Area)

Our client, an established and growing credit fund located near Los Angeles, would like to add Analysts and Associates to their team. Our client provides non-sponsor, highly structured, asset based financing solutions to borrowers in need of liquidity or growth. The ideal candidates will have either 1-4 years of investment banking experience (leveraged finance, restructuring, M&A experience) or up to four years of experience combining an investment banking program with a buy side private credit role. Candidates must have exceptional financial modeling, accounting and valuation skills as well as experience working with credit documents and leading due diligence processes. Candidates should be self-starters and team players with strong communication, organizational and problem solving skills. MBAs will not be considered. Our client has a collegial and collaborative culture and staff participates in all investment discussions and investment committee meetings.  Salary: $150K-$225K + bonus.
