68. Investment Analyst, Cross-Capital Investment Fund

Our client is a rapidly growing fund in Midtown with $250 million+ AUM with a highly regarded senior team. The fund has a strong record of returns and a respect-focused culture. The fund runs a concentrated book of long/short credit and equity using a deep fundamental approach. They would like to add an Analyst to the team. They are looking at varying experience ranging from an Analyst finishing their investment banking Analyst program to 5-7 years of total experience that must include some credit investing. What is most important are exceptional credit and modeling skills, expertise in laying out the capital structure, and the ability to read covenants and credit documents critically. Candidates must have an interest in taking a deep dive into company and management due diligence. Analysts serve as generalists but some exposure to Financials, Industrials, Energy and/or TMT is a plus. This is an opportunity to join a highly successful team that is still in growth/startup mode.
