206. Analyst, Small Cap Equity Hedge Fund

Our client, a $1.5B Hedge Fund in Midtown, is seeking an analyst with 1-4 years of experience combining Private Equity, Hedge Fund, Venture / Growth investing or a top investment banking program. The fund makes equity investments in small-cap companies in Europe and Canada, focusing on quasi-activist situations (5-20% positions) taking a constructivist approach with management teams. The fund does in-depth research, has an apprentice model, and a calm, collegial and friendly culture.  Experience with industrials, technology, or software is a plus. Base salary: $150K + bonus.
