191. Investment Associate, Private Equity & Alternatives, Family Office (Boston)

Our client is a global single family office with $15B+ AUM, deploying across a portfolio of private equity, growth equity, structured equity, and other alternative investments, reflecting the flexible, opportunistic nature of the firm’s permanent capital mandate. The Investment Associate will play a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing private equity and alternative investments, providing origination, due diligence, and analytical support alongside market and sector research, transaction execution, and portfolio management. Reporting to the Investment Director, the Associate will gain broad exposure to the full investment lifecycle while receiving mentorship to develop the skills needed to operate effectively in a fast-paced, lean, and entrepreneurial environment. The strongest candidates have 4-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, and/or private credit. Candidates must be adept at building LBO and other complex financial models, understand valuation and capital structures, and be able to synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights. Candidates should be self-starters who are collaborative, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating with significant autonomy. This is a career track role. Salary: $180K+ bonus.
