171. Associate, Asset Based Lender (New York)

Our client, an ABL private credit investment fund, is seeking an Associate to join their growing team. The Associate will perform financial analysis, conduct diligence, contribute to underwriting and documentation, and participate in ongoing portfolio monitoring of asset-based investments (ABL, term loans, FILO, stretch ABL, asset acquisitions). Associates should have 2-4 years of investment banking experience from Industrials or Consumer/Retail,  Leveraged Finance/Financial Sponsors, or Restructuring Advisory. The Associate needs strong financial modeling and credit analysis skills and previous exposure to financing complex debt and collateralized credit transactions. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Candidates need energy, a team-orientation, and a desire to learn. This is a career role with opportunity for advancement for strong performers. Salary: $150,000-$200,000 +bonus.
