Senior TMT Credit Analyst, Multi-Strategy Credit Fund (Denver)

Our client, a rapidly growing multi-strategy credit fund in Denver, would like to add an experienced TMT credit opportunities analyst with some previous distressed investing experience to their team.  The fund has a multi-year track record of strong returns and a top-performing team of collegial and collaborative analysts.  The team would like to find an independent thinker who can run a deep-dive due diligence process on special situations credit ideas including publicly traded par, high yield, stressed and distressed loans and bonds.  The senior analyst should be able to originate TMT investment ideas but also work on ideas that come from the portfolio manager.  The investment analysts work closely with the PM without junior support and participate in an iterative investment process.  The team meets regularly and the portfolio is fully transparent.

The strongest candidates have 3-10 years of direct credit experience looking at special situations credit with a focus on TMT.  Additional background looking at long only and par loans is a plus but not required.  Analysts should have some previous buyside experience.  Candidates must have strong financial modeling skills and the ability to provide deep due diligence including talking to customers and competitors of their target companies. The senior analyst candidate should demonstrate a commercial approach to investing and a track record of professional success.   Relocation to Denver is required.   This is a rare opportunity to join an established team that will continue to grow and offer career advancement not typically available.  Qualified candidates who are interested in relocation to Denver may forward a resume in Word to our website.  All inquiries will be treated confidentially.

Please note: You only need to submit your resume once. You will be considered for all open positions. Do not submit your resume to other jobs after submitting once.
