Senior Distressed Analyst, Hedge Fund
Our client, a long-established credit fund in Midtown, would like to hire a senior distressed analyst to join their experienced team. The firm encourages senior analysts to pursue investment ideas in bonds and loans, often secured, 1st and 2nd lien, fulcrum and below-fulcrum positions. The fund has a no-drama/no-jerk collaborative culture. Every analyst sits on the investment committee and trades and monitors their own positions. Analysts share in the returns of the fund. The strongest candidate has at least 5-8 years of direct experience and a deep rolodex of contacts in the restructuring advisory community. The analyst will originate ideas, develop the thesis followed by deep due diligence, and present their names to the Investment Committee. For positions in smaller companies, the analyst may serve on creditor committees. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced distressed analyst to work within a non-political team and earn compensation commensurate with their positions and the fund’s performance. Qualified candidates may forward a resume in Word to our website. All inquiries will be treated confidentially.
Please note: You only need to submit your resume once. You will be considered for all open positions. Do not submit your resume to other jobs after submitting once.
