Clients are typically cash flow positive vertical SaaS businesses. The strongest candidates have experience driving an M&A process and managing/training junior talent. Financial modeling and strong verbal and written communications skills are important. Candidates need the ability to work in a team environment and the intellectual curiosity to work with technology companies. Personal or familial ties to the Denver/Mountain States area is required.
