12. Senior Analyst, Special Situations Fund

This is a unique opportunity to join a multi-billion-dollar emerging manager in NY, founded by a highly regarded investment team, with a deep and broad rolodex. They want to put together a talented team of experienced investors in early 2023 for their cross-capital drawdown fund. The fund will invest in primary and secondary public and private credit and equity special situations opportunities as generalists. The team has invested in a wide range of sector agnostic private and public special situations with special attention to technology and technology-adjacent businesses. The fund will focus on N. American and European investments. The strongest candidates will have 7-15 years of experience in private equity, private credit, or a public markets special situations fund. Candidates should have strong fundamental financial analysis background, deep intellectual curiosity, and experience with special situations. Some technology background and the ability to originate and source investment opportunities is a plus. This is not a VC or growth role. Candidates should have a track record of success in well-regarded funds, a strong academic background from a major college or university, and the ability to work with a variety of people.
