INVESTMENT ANALYST, MULTI-STRATEGY/DISTRESSED CREDIT FUND
Our client is an established, rapidly growing, and highly successful institutional fund manager in the Greenwich area, with a small team of highly regarded senior distressed investment professionals. The fund focuses on a variety of related strategies including process-driven distressed and restructurings, special situations, mispriced stressed credits, idiosyncratic situations, misunderstood performing credit, and litigation. The senior team has extensive experience mentoring and developing talent. The strongest candidates have 4-6 years of experience which may include a Banking Analyst program or similar role, preferably in Restructuring Advisory or Leveraged Finance. The team would also like the candidate to have another 2-4 years of experience in public credit, distressed or a related investment strategy or as an Associate banker in Restructuring Advisory. A 2021 or 2022 MBA with relevant experience would also be a strong candidate. The Analyst candidate should have outstanding modeling and financial analysis skills, excellent critical reading ability, and a keen intellectual curiosity. Candidates must also communicate effectively. The staff’s collegiality is readily apparent, and they would like to find an analyst who will enjoy the work and the team. We encourage women and diversity candidates to apply. Qualified candidates may forward a resume, along with their undergraduate GPA to our website. All inquiries will be treated confidentially.
