Analyst, Distressed/Special Situations Fund – New
Our client, a leading investor in distressed situations and claims, would like to bring on a distressed investment analyst with some previous experience that preferably includes restructuring advisory work. The fund invests across the credit stack using an uncorrelated strategy. While they invest in public and private credit, most of their focus is concentrated in private market transactions. They are creative and nimble and they typically avoid publicity. Candidates should have 4-7 years of restructuring and/or distressed experience. The analyst should be able to rip through financials and develop sophisticated financial models. The role requires outstanding valuation skills, especially as they apply to distressed businesses, and the ability to communicate effectively and extemporaneously. The banker should be an energetic, extroverted self-starter. There are positions available in NY and Texas. Qualified candidates may forward a resume to our website. All inquiries will be treated confidentially.
Please note: You only need to submit your resume once. You will be considered for all open positions. Do not submit your resume to other jobs after submitting once.
