45. Analyst, Special Situations/Distressed Credit Fund – Greenwich, CT

Our client, a multi-billion-dollar credit fund in Greenwich, invests mainly in distressed and special situations credit. They invest across the capital structure and when appropriate, they take positions to influence outcomes. They run a meritocracy with the opportunity to progress outside of a ”class” structure. The Analyst will work on a wide range of industries and will have direct access to the fund’s most senior staff, The fund has a long track record of successfully managing investments with positive results through all types of markets. There are numerous opportunities to collaborate with other analysts as part of a transparent investment process. The strongest candidates have 3-4 years of experience doing in-depth distressed, special situation, or high yield credit analysis at a credit fund. The Analyst must be able to put together detailed financial models, evaluate the documents, develop strategy and work closely with the senior team to manage the names through the process. Compensation includes a salary in the $150,000-$200,000 range+ bonus.
