44. Associate, Opportunistic Real Estate Fund

Our client is a growing, opportunistic real estate investment strategy within a multi-billion-dollar special situations fund. The strategy primarily focuses on credit (whole loans, mezzanine and preferred) investments, and will also invest in real estate private equity, across a variety of asset classes. The fund would like to add an Associate with 2-4 total years of experience. The Associate should have direct experience from a real estate investment banking group and/or a real estate fund. Candidates must have experience analyzing and underwriting real estate financings including strong financial modeling skills, and the ability to conduct due diligence and support the execution of loans.
