35. Investment Analyst, Credit Opportunity Fund (Greenwich)

Our client, an established multi-billion credit fund in Greenwich, would like to add an Investment Analyst to their Credit Opportunities team. The role will focus on bespoke U.S and Western European distressed and special situations private debt investments including DIPs and Rescue Financing. Additionally, the Investment Analyst will have the chance to invest with the main distressed fund, co-investments and SMAs. The Investment Analyst will work closely with partners and senior investment staff on their investments and can also originate ideas. The fund has a collegial and collaborative culture. The strongest candidates have 3-6 years of total relevant work experience, and at least one year in a private or public credit role involved distressed or special situations. 1-3 years of investment banking, especially Restructuring or Leverage Finance would be a plus. The fund does not finance LBOs and will not consider candidates with that experience. Candidates need a passion for investing, strong financial modeling skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
