143. Vice President, Opportunistic Credit Fund (New York)

This fund takes a differentiated approach to making opportunistic investments and providing flexible solutions across commodities markets. The team would like to hire a credit specialist with at least four years of experience across banking, trading, private markets investing, or a legal environment. Candidates need expertise in restructuring, deal structuring, structured trade, commodity finance, or capital solutions. Candidates should be able to identify and originate ideas, evaluate and underwrite potential solutions, work with counterparties, participate in negotiations, and document investments in physical commodities, natural resources, or project-based transactions. Candidates should have investment/deal structuring or restructuring experience and expertise in game theory and investment strategy. The strongest candidates have a commercial approach to assessing risk/reward. An MBA or JD (plus financial experience) is a plus but not required. Base salary: $175,000 + bonus.
