141. Associate, Real Estate Restructuring Advisory (Remote/Temp to Perm)

Our client is an independent financial restructuring advisory firm with a focus on real estate. Their client base is comprised of owner/operators and entrepreneurs facing complex financial issues surrounding real estate investments. The team has represented high visibility cases and because they are independent, they are able to take a creative approach to reaching settlements. Senior staff are highly sophisticated bankruptcy professionals, and this role will report directly to the head of the firm and a top partner. Additionally, the Associate will help invest their second SPAC and will participate in all aspects of the investment process. Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in real estate finance. Exposure to restructuring advisory is a plus. The candidates should have strong financial modeling skills, experience interpreting the output commercially, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. The temp role will last 6-7 months, and if all parties see a match, it can become a full-time remote role. Salary: $150-200,000 (annualized).
