140. Senior Special Situations Equity Analyst, Distressed Credit Fund (Greenwich)

Our client, a highly regarded and well-established multi-billion-dollar opportunistic credit investing fund in Greenwich, would like to add an experienced analyst to their team. The fund invests in opportunistic credit and special situation equities focusing on complex capital structures and “off-the-run” opportunities that are less heavily trafficked by larger credit funds. Investments may include U.S. and European performing debt, special situation securities, trade claims and liquidations, capital solutions, post-reorg equity, and opportunistic shorts. The team communicates on an iterative basis on all aspects of the investment process. The strongest candidates have up to 20 years of total experience investing in distressed credit and distressed equity in public and private markets. They are particularly interested in candidates who have launched and run an equity fund but could not attract sufficient capital. Candidates should be able to originate ideas, execute their own models, and run deep due diligence. Previous experience with restructuring would be a plus. Candidates need an affable personality and a team approach to work. The role reports to the Senior PM and Asst PM. Compensation: $150-250,000+performance-based bonus. Our client will not sponsor visas. Qualified candidates may forward a resume to our website. All inquiries will be treated confidentially.
