Alison Seanor
Managing Director
Alison L. Seanor, a well-known executive recruiter for the hedge fund industry since 2004, joined Robin Judson Partners in 2012, as a Managing Director.
Alison spent seven years at a boutique search firm where she specialized in recruiting investment professionals and traders with particular expertise in identifying top candidates for major hedge funds. She brings a proven track record to Robin Judson Partners, having placed candidates with long/short equity, global macro, statistical arbitrage, event-driven, and activist focus, filling positions across all levels from Jr. Analyst to Portfolio Manager.
Prior to recruiting, Alison worked in the field of Equity Sales and Trading at Merrill Lynch, where she served some of the largest pension and hedge funds. During her tenure at Merrill, Alison gained experience as an institutional equities trader, working with both listed and unlisted securities across diverse industries including retail, biotech, internet and computer hardware.
Alison earned her Bachelor of Arts in Government from Harvard University, where she played NCAA Division I basketball and achieved Academic All-American recognition.
